Read the details below to unsubscribe depending on your mobile operating system.
Android
Click the Account icon in the bottom navigation bar. Then click the “Subscribe” menu.
Next, click the “Unsubscribe” button. Reminder, if you click unsubscribe, it will cancel auto-renewal. You can still enjoy the premium features before the expiration date.
Click “Yes
The subscription is successfully canceled. We will not charge you in the billing period. Your Paid membership will automatically return to the free membership at the end of the period.
iOS
Due to some limitations, we don’t provide an unsubscribe button in our iOS app. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe through the App Store. Please follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
Unsubscribe from Different Platforms
Our app does not provide cancel subscriptions or unsubscribe through different platforms. For example, if you unsubscribe from Google Play, and the subscription is still active, you cannot cancel the subscription via the App Store, and vice versa. This limitation is due to differences in payment platforms and services.
