Our subscription uses services from the Play Store and App Store. One Play Store or App Store account can only handle one subscription at a time. So if the account is currently subscribed, you can’t add another ReadAlert subscription to that account anymore. You have to switch your Play Store or App Store account to another email, then you can subscribe.
